Polyurethane Flip flow screen meshes are produced by the high quality Polyurethane resin which is the general name of macromolecular compounds rich in N-HCOO in the main chain, so it has excellent wear resistance, long service life, low density (1.25kg/m³), lighter than metal sieve surface, and can reduce unit consumption of production;

Features of Polyurethane Screen Panel
1. Excellent abrasion resistance performance and long service life: 8`10 times longer than common wire mesh, 3 times longer than stainless wire mesh and about 3.9 times longer than natural rubber. It has the best wear-resist performance in the mesh material
