TECHNICAL DATA SHEET TDI65/35
As an important chemical raw material, TDI is widely used in the production of polyurethane foam, polyurethane elastomers (polyurethane rubber), polyurethane coatings, polyurethane paints, polyurethane adhesives, polyurethane waterproof materials and the manufacture of detergent, thickener, antioxidant and modifier products.
T65/35 is an important TDI which is separated from T80/20. Except for the normal application, TDI65/35 has a high random structure, which is suitable for the production of polyurethane soft foam sponges. The prepared sponges have better opening effect, can greatly reduce the content of opening agents, and can improve the comprehensive physical properties of sponges, such as resilience. In addition, polyurethane curing agent can be produced with TDI-65, which can also effectively reduce the content of free TDI.
