Silicone Surfactant for Rigid blend Polyol JC7700 similar as L6900
Product introduction
JC-7700 is a non-hydrolyzable silicone surfactant has been developed especially for
manufacture of rigid polyurethane foams. Which have fine and uniform closed cell structure and makes the foam have extreme F thermal conductivity(K-factor). In addition, the product provides excellent liquidity and dimensional stability .
Key Features and Benefits
Provide narrow fine closed cell distribution and superior thermal conductivity. Good stability, reducing voids.
While providing the best thermal conductivity for foam, the system also has excellent fluidity.
Suitable for systems such as household appliances, solar energy, and panels. Typical use level is 2.0-2.5 parts per hundred of polyol (php).
